Even though we practice holistically, our procedures are coded in the same way as traditional dental offices, with the exception of safe metal removal. Your insurance will reimburse you for any services provided here in the same way as would be the case in any traditional dental practice for out of network benefits.
In order to keep our practice costs down, and in turn keep the cost of your visits down, we ask for payment at the time of service. We will gladly provide you with a completed insurance claim form to mail/submit to your insurance company. We include everything you need to file your insurance claim: a completed claim form, X-rays where needed and a narrative or other information upon request from your insurance company.
After you mail in your insurance claim form, your insurance company will generally reimburse you within 2- 4 weeks.
All of the above will provide you treatment without delay. This also saves time and allows us to bring this savings to you.
