Hello, I am Dr. Freddy Vallejo, and I believe that I hold the very best job to be found anywhere on the globe. After more than a decade of practicing dentistry, I still get a little chocked-up every time I witness the change in a person’s perspective or quality of life that comes with improving the functionality and appearance of his or her smile.

The most notable of many rewards that accompany this profession is the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with our patients as we work together toward the goal of achieving and maintaining great smiles for life.

About Dr. Vallejo:

Dr. Vallejo is a native of South Florida, and he has had a lifelong passion for medicine. In fact, healing is the family business, and his father, uncle, grandfather, and two brothers along with their wives all work as physicians. Dr. Vallejo chose dentistry over other branches of medicine because it gives him a way to transform lives, ease pain, and give his patients true value while leaving plenty of time for family.

Dr. Vallejo had a passion for excellence from the beginning of his educational journey. He was welcomed to UCLA’s General Practice and Hospital Dentistry program, which is a highly competitive program with a limited number of students. He had the opportunity to train under one of the leading cosmetic dentists, and learned everything he possibly could during that time. He was the first student of his class to achieve Junior and Senior Clinical status. Dr. Vallejo was also honored to be one of just four interviewees (out of a total of 200) who were selected by the Public Health Department in Colorado for externship.

Following graduation, he went on to study at the prestigious Mish Implant Institute for Implantology. He is a Fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and holds dental licenses in Illinois, New York, and Florida.

While his credentials are impressive and he has earned the respect of colleagues and patients, Dr. Vallejo has a deeper motivation for his continued pursuit of excellence. His natural compassion for people deepened when he and his family faced a personal medical crisis when his then 1-year-old son was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma and given a 30% chance for survival. His son went through 3 years of intensive treatment during which the family relocated to Sloan Kettering in NY. Today his son is a happy, healthy active pre-teen. The experience deepened Dr. Vallejo’s faith and his commitment to serving patients. He and his family started a nonprofit organization, Families Fighting Neuroblastoma to help other families with children diagnosed with the disease.

Dr. Vallejo loves the interaction with his patients and wants everyone to leave with the confidence that they have chosen the right partner for their oral health care. He works hard to put patients at ease and holds himself to a tough standard of quality believing his patients deserve nothing less than the very best.

Dr. Vallejo has practiced implantation since 1997. He maintains membership in the Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Broward County Dental Society, and he is a Diplomat with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family indulging in boating, snow skiing, football, and sports in general. His number one beauty tip is to wear sun protection year round and partner with your dental provider to maintain good health.

Dr. Luciano Garcia

Dr. Luciano J. Garcia graduated Bachelor of Science in Dentistry in 1989 by the University of Illinois in Chicago and received his Doctor in General Dentistry in 1991 by the University of Illinois in Chicago. Doctor Garcia graduated with honors and received awards for his excellence in restorative dentistry and orthodontics. He also collaborated in research in Biology, orthodontics, and dental materials.

He is fellow member of Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, The Pankey Institute, and The Rosenthal Institute for Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Garcia lives in Plantation, FL with his wife, Grace two sons Alex and Erick, and daughter Priscilla. He was born in Brazil and moved to the United States in 1982. He's fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Dr. Garcia undergoes many continuing education programs with emphasis in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Endodontics.
