Rancho Endodontics is a lifesaver! I’ve had work done here twice in the past (never short of 5 stars) and I just got another root canal done this morning. It was a last minute root canal because I was experiencing such bad pain all of a sudden. Dr. Pettersen drove from his home (Fallbrook area) last minute to treat me. Plus his work is amazing and I don’t feel a thing! I’ll never to go any other endodontic. Plus the ladies up front always greet me with a smile! 🙂

They got me in on very short notice. Great reception. Explained every part of the procedure in detail. Dr Pettersen did his magic “painlessly” and sent me out with all fixed up. They are really GOOD!

Rancho Endodontics exemplifies good customer service and patient care. I was having anxiety at first to do my root canal but just in an hour Dr. Eric finished everything without any pain. Her assistant Ms. Tricia was so nice and makes me very comfortable during the procedure. I will definitely recommend this place. No problems from inquiries and scheduling. The people in the front office specially Ms. Debra is very accommodating.

Dr Petersen is great! He has done 2 root canals for my husband. The doctor was able to diagnose the issue immediately and the appointment took less than an hour! No pain, great office staff.

This place was very clean, everyone was super nice, especially the dr. I went in to see if my crown can be put back on or if I needed another root canal because x-rays looked off. They took their own x-rays and examined my tooth and explained the x-rays to me and that I was good to go and why. It was a huge relief to find out I didn’t need a root canal after all and I loved his honesty!!!

I was very nervous about getting my first root canal. Dr. Silberman made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. I did not feel any discomfort and it was a lot faster than expected. Great overall experience.

Anytime I feel a pain in my tooth, I immediately want to see the best Endodontist ever…that is Dr Silberman!!! I secretly wish he would be my regular dentist because he is so attentive, informative and caring about what he does and about his patients. The other day I had a root canal and he said I might have some discomfort but I had none. I luv luv luv him. Also his staff is amazing the always make me feel at ease and at home.
