Sculptra is usually done three times, four to six weeks apart and then the results can last about two years. If you only had one treatment it may come down quickly.

There may be a paradoxical overactive swelling from inflammation, or over correction, or too much water retention. See your doctor for evaluation. Some hyaluronidase may help dissolve excessive filler. Botox or Dysport should always be considered for these areas.
