Can I have fat injections for my tear troughs?
Some doctors are comfortable with injecting fat in this area, but as fat is a viscous (thick) substance there might be more risk with such a procedure near the eyes. Restylane is a hyaluronic acid, thinner than fat, and if there is a complication, then hyaluronidase can dissolve the Restylane, but there is no injection that can dissolve the fat.I had a filler injected three weeks ago and in the last two weeks there has been pain to the touch and it is red. It looked better two weeks ago. What is going on?

Depending on how long ago your fat injections were done, and how much was injected and at what levels and into what tissues (muscle, or fat, or dermis) the results may differ significantly.
