Privacy

Mira Stotland MD, dba Complete Skin LA and all of our agents and employees are committed to the protection of each of our patient's personal information and privacy. Our clinic and each of our agents and employees abide by all federal and state regulations set forth for such protections. This includes the Health Care Insurance Privacy and Protection Act (HIPPA).

The privacy of all personal information of its patients

The clinic and all of its employees and agents abide by all state and federal regulations regarding the privacy of individual health care information, including HIPPA.

Practice Policies

In order to preserve the privacy and convenience of each patient, visits at Complete Skin LA are by appointment only.

Dr. Stotland wants each of her patients to have a pleasant experience in our practice. In order to provide each patient with the highest possible standard of care, those who are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule their visit for another time.

We request that patients who cannot make their appointment to provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within the 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation charge.

Patient services may be handled with cash, check or credit card. We also accept CareCredit.

All new cosmetic consultations have a booking fee. This fee may be applied towards cosmetic services performed. Payment is due at the time of service.
