Your Appointment

Once you’ve made an appointment and provided the necessary personal information, there are some steps to take, both before and after, for a smooth experience and successful results.

Please bring your insurance card and Photo ID with you to your first visit.

During the scheduling of your appointment, please be sure to mention each problem you wish to have addressed. It is helpful for us to know beforehand, in order to schedule an appropriate amount of time for your visit. Because Dr. Schroeder wants to thoroughly address every concern, we may need to schedule two separate appointments, depending on the number of concerns.

Cosmetic Dermatology is expanding exponentially, and the choices can easily become confusing and overwhelming. We start with a consultation to discuss your desires and determine what approach is best for you. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn about different interventions that might help you look your best.

Our patient forms are available for you to download, fill-out, and bring to your appointment (please visit Patient Forms section). We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for data entry at your initial visit.

Dr. Schroeder is very thorough, caring and will always do the right thing for you. She is respectful of your needs, and will provide you with all the options needed for whatever reason you are visiting her for.
