Keep Up the Good Work

" I am glad that I was granted the opportunity to praise this office. Being a person that never felt good about seeing a doctor, I wait with anticipation about seeing Dr. Seymour Weaver and staff. You guys make me feel comfortable and give me hope that my problem will be cured. Most of all, the staff relaxes me with their sweet smile, great sense of humor, and soothing conversation. If I have to complain about anything, it would be that I didn't discover you, your staff, and my treatments any sooner. Keep up the good work!!!!"

New Celebrity Hairstyles, are they right for you?

For every season or special occasion or whatever event it may be, there are new celebrity hairstyles that they tend to “rock” or trend very often. Now as supporters or fans of a certain celebrity, we sometimes try to imitate or “copy” the particular hair style they are modeling or wearing for that particular day. Whether it’s for a formal event or just casually wearing a unique hairstyle, it is considered “theirs” for the day, so as fans we want it to become “ours” as well.

Whatever the style may be, it may or may not fit everyone. Certain looks fit certain shaped faces and heads and some looks don’t. In fact, that statement is very true, because everyone cannot “rock” a certain celebrity hairstyle. Some new hairstyles by celebrities are indeed cute, while other times the style should never be worn again.

New Trending Celebrity Hairstyles:

  • Short Cut Bobs
  • Asymmetrical Cuts
  • Braided Mohawks
  • Straight Hair
  • Traditional French Rolls and Buns

New hairstyles such as the “French side braid with bangs, the braided mohawks, the short or long cut bobs and even the part of the head shaved on one side and the long hair on the other is what is really trending in today’s fashion society. Those hair styles are more popular in the more urban areas and in the African American communities, respectfully. Renee Zelwegger and Alyssa Milano to name a few are sporting and wearing well a very short hair cut. Because they have the perfect or near perfect shaped head, the very short styled cut fits them very well. The style is very easy to maintain although it has to be retouched about once to twice a week. Is this a look that matches the shape of your face or head?

Other new hair styles by celebrities as mentioned before is the loose french braid going to one side of the head. Because this particular hairstyle is easy to do, it’s safe to say that anyone with long hair an pull off this particular style. All you do is pull all the hair to one side of the head and kind of let the hair “fall” and loosely start the cornroll in the middle of the side of the head, and braid all the way down to the end, depending on how long the person’s hair is. For example, Alicia Keys was wearing this exact hair style on June 26th for the BET awards. It actually looked very cute as she wore bangs to go along with the style. She definitely pulled off the style, which can also be worn by non-celebrities.  Do you have an Alicia Keys hairstyle connection?

Other new hairstyles by celebrities are the traditional curly styles or the flat ironed look. These two hair styles may not be new, but it is very popular among a lot of celebrities and non celebrities alike. The hairstyle compliments the woman’s head shape and depending how long or short the hair actually is makes the hair appear much shinier and healthy. That style can be changed into curls very easily, or it can be changed into different “funky” styles such as the braided mohawks or the more popular up-do’s such as ponytails or French bun or roll. Whichever new hair styles by celebrities the woman decides to choose, it should be worn to compliment her face shape and structure.

One word of caution about celebrity hairstyles and styling techniques in general, make sure that you do not sacrifice the health of your hair or scalp for a particular look.

If any hairstyle causes you to get thinning, pimples, itching, or irritation of your scalp, then you should change the hair style immediately.  This could possibly lead to baldness!

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms before you try these hairstyles, it is better to get them treated and corrected first.
