Meet Dr. Weaver

 

Education

Seymour M. Weaver, III, M.D.Seymour M. Weaver, III, M.D. was born and raised in Houston, TX. He went to college in upstate NY at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Weaver earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, and then went on to the Los Angeles County/USC medical center where he served an internship in medicine. Next, he completed a three-year U.C.L.A. affiliated dermatology residency program at Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Center. He completed extensive training, including outpatient and inpatient preceptorships in plastic surgery. During residency, Dr. Weaver visited Kenya where he studied tropical dermatology and diseases for a month at the Kenyatta National Hospital.
