During this unsettling time, we wanted to reach out to our patients and reassure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, because providing a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff has been our top priority. Additionally, please take note of the following:
  • As a cosmetic medicine facility, we typically do not service sick patients. Our patients are electing to have procedures that are not medically necessary, so your risk of running into an ill patient is lower than that of other healthcare facilities.
  • Our surgeries and other treatments are performed in our private facilities that are used purely for elective treatments.
We continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and are actively following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local, state and federal government agencies. Our usual guidelines include universal precautions, frequent handwashing, and frequent sanitizing of all patient areas. For the most up-to-date information, please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website about this evolving situation, how to reduce the risk of spreading illness, travel health notices, and more.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Currently, as the coronavirus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, we have now adopted several enhanced safety measures to decrease the risk of exposure to you and the community which include the following:
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizers provided when you enter our offices.
  • If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household may have been exposed to COVID-19 through travel or attendance at large gatherings less than two weeks ago, please call us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule you!
  • If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into the crease of your elbow, and then immediately wash your hands.
  • Know the symptoms of Coronavirus: tiredness, fever, weakness, shortness of breath and diarrhea. This virus is lower respiratory focused, so you may not have upper respiratory symptoms like a runny nose, sore throat, and congestion.
  • Take these additional preventive actions to stop the spread of germs-(wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces).
We hope that each of you will stay safe & healthy as we navigate this complex situation together.

Sincerely,
Dr. Obasi & his staff at Noble Cosmetic Surgery

Breast

Breast surgeries like breast augmentation, breast lift, and breast reduction can greatly enhance the look and feel of your breasts. Dr. Patrick Obasi at Noble Cosmetic Surgery is an experienced breast surgery doctor who is ready to help patients in the Plano, Texas and Desoto, Texas areas. Using advanced surgical techniques and the latest technology, Dr. Obasi can help patients achieve the beautiful breasts they’ve always wished for.

Breast

Breast Augmentation

In breast augmentation, Dr. Obasi increases the volume of your breasts using implants. Implants are either saline (salt water) or silicone, and they come in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet any woman’s needs. A breast augmentation doesn’t change the position of your breasts, but it does make them larger.

Breast Lift

In a breast lift, Dr. Obasi repositions your breasts higher on the chest cavity. If your breasts have started to droop after pregnancy or due to aging, a breast lift may be a good option. Breast augmentation is often combined with this surgery.

Breast Augmentation with Lift

Breast augmentation is the medical term for increasing breast size with silicone or saline implants. They add fullness and volume, increasing your cup size and projection  — which refers to how far breasts extend in front of the ribcage.

Mastopexy, or breast lift, tightens tissues that support breasts. This procedure involves removing excess skin and reducing overstretched ligaments so Dr. Obasi can reposition the breast to a higher place on the body.

Breast Reduction

In breast reduction surgery, Dr. Obasi reduces the size of over-large and droopy breasts. He removes extra skin, fat, and connective tissue and then repositions the nipples if needed. He can also resize nipples if they’re too large. The breast reduction surgery usually creates a more lifted and youthful look.

Breast Implant Removal

While your self-image changes over time, one thing remains constant: A desire to feel good about how you look. If you want to have breast implants removed, Dr. Patrick Obasi at Noble Cosmetic Surgery can help.

TUBA

The trans-umbilical breast augmentation, or TUBA, procedure is a technique of breast augmentation where Dr. Obasi inserts implants through the navel or belly button area and then inflates them to your desired shape and size.

Which breast surgery is right for you?

Many women are unhappy with their breasts but are unsure about which procedure will yield the best results. If you want breast revision but just don’t know which surgery is right, Dr. Obasi is happy to help.

If you explain your goals to Dr. Obasi, he can create the solution that helps you achieve those goals. For example, if you want larger breasts but you’re also unhappy with the position of your breasts, an augmentation may not be the right answer on its own. By combining an augmentation and a lift, you can get fuller, reshaped breasts in a higher position.

What is the recovery like after breast surgery?

Most patients have notable pain for just a few days after surgery. Dr. Obasi provides prescription medication for pain and to prevent infection if needed. Swelling continues for some time, but after several weeks you’ll start to see what your beautiful new breasts will look like.

After breast surgery, you’ll wear a bra without underwire until your follow-up visit with Dr. Obasi. After that, you’ll usually graduate to any bra of your choice. Time off work depends on the patient and the specific surgery. Most patients take anywhere from several days to a few weeks off work.
