During this unsettling time, we wanted to reach out to our patients and reassure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, because providing a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff has been our top priority. Additionally, please take note of the following:
  • As a cosmetic medicine facility, we typically do not service sick patients. Our patients are electing to have procedures that are not medically necessary, so your risk of running into an ill patient is lower than that of other healthcare facilities.
  • Our surgeries and other treatments are performed in our private facilities that are used purely for elective treatments.
We continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and are actively following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local, state and federal government agencies. Our usual guidelines include universal precautions, frequent handwashing, and frequent sanitizing of all patient areas. For the most up-to-date information, please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website about this evolving situation, how to reduce the risk of spreading illness, travel health notices, and more.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Currently, as the coronavirus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, we have now adopted several enhanced safety measures to decrease the risk of exposure to you and the community which include the following:
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizers provided when you enter our offices.
  • If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household may have been exposed to COVID-19 through travel or attendance at large gatherings less than two weeks ago, please call us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule you!
  • If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into the crease of your elbow, and then immediately wash your hands.
  • Know the symptoms of Coronavirus: tiredness, fever, weakness, shortness of breath and diarrhea. This virus is lower respiratory focused, so you may not have upper respiratory symptoms like a runny nose, sore throat, and congestion.
  • Take these additional preventive actions to stop the spread of germs-(wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces).
We hope that each of you will stay safe & healthy as we navigate this complex situation together.

Sincerely,
Dr. Obasi & his staff at Noble Cosmetic Surgery

A chin implant, or chin augmentation, procedure helps to reshape the size or enhance the look of the chin. Some patients want their chin to be longer, wider, or bigger to better complement the rest of the face.

Dermabrasion can minimize the appearance of scars or wrinkles, or eliminate precancerous moles or freckles. It can be used in conjunction with other cosmetic enhancements, such as a chemical peel.

What are the most common procedures men do?

Most I have seen men do is Botox to try to take care of their wrinkles especially if they are getting ready for a family reunion or a high school reunion, they want to look younger. Some come in because they want fillers to address some issues with the face and of course we talked about Kybella which is a procedure for men too. Men do a facelift, they do browlifts, we also do all kinds of implants for men.

What is the most popular procedure for men?

The most popular procedure for men is gynecomastia, for men who have excess breast tissue. Most men who have this issue are athletic. This could be natural, or they could be taking some steroid that builds up, and at the end of the day, they want that to be removed.

Liposuction

Just as with women, men may have certain areas where stubborn fat just won’t go away even with diet and exercise. Liposuction targets those areas to suction the extra fat away. Men often opt for liposuction in areas like the belly, with the “love handles” being a common complaint.

Tummy Tuck

Men who develop a looser abdomen with a few extra pounds over the years – – commonly called a “spare tire” – – may be good candidates for tummy tuck. A tummy tuck is a more complex procedure than liposuction. During a tummy tuck, Dr. Obasi can remove not only extra fat but also extra skin if needed.

Facelift

In a facelift, Dr. Obasi removes loose skin and fat to reposition your skin for a more youthful look. A facelift impacts the middle and lower parts of the face, and often the neck as well.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

In this procedure, Dr. Obasi removes forehead wrinkles and even deep “hatchet lines” between the brows via tiny hairline incisions. An endoscopic brow lift gives your forehead a youthful look, and if desired you can combine it with a facelift for a whole face refresh.

Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty addresses sagging skin in the upper and lower eyelids. The upper blepharoplasty tightens upper eyelid skin, while the lower blepharoplasty corrects bags under the eyes.

Fillers

Dermal fillers are a non-surgical solution for volume loss in the face. They’re also used to add volume to lips, eliminate scars, and create more defined contours. You may also opt for injectables like Botox® to relax wrinkles and enhance the results of fillers.

Want to change your look and feel better about yourself? One of these male cosmetic procedures may be right for you. Make an appointment with Dr. Obasi anytime via our online appointment tool.
