During this unsettling time, we wanted to reach out to our patients and reassure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, because providing a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff has been our top priority. Additionally, please take note of the following:
  • As a cosmetic medicine facility, we typically do not service sick patients. Our patients are electing to have procedures that are not medically necessary, so your risk of running into an ill patient is lower than that of other healthcare facilities.
  • Our surgeries and other treatments are performed in our private facilities that are used purely for elective treatments.
We continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and are actively following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local, state and federal government agencies. Our usual guidelines include universal precautions, frequent handwashing, and frequent sanitizing of all patient areas. For the most up-to-date information, please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website about this evolving situation, how to reduce the risk of spreading illness, travel health notices, and more.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Currently, as the coronavirus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, we have now adopted several enhanced safety measures to decrease the risk of exposure to you and the community which include the following:
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizers provided when you enter our offices.
  • If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household may have been exposed to COVID-19 through travel or attendance at large gatherings less than two weeks ago, please call us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule you!
  • If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into the crease of your elbow, and then immediately wash your hands.
  • Know the symptoms of Coronavirus: tiredness, fever, weakness, shortness of breath and diarrhea. This virus is lower respiratory focused, so you may not have upper respiratory symptoms like a runny nose, sore throat, and congestion.
  • Take these additional preventive actions to stop the spread of germs-(wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces).
We hope that each of you will stay safe & healthy as we navigate this complex situation together.

Sincerely,
Dr. Obasi & his staff at Noble Cosmetic Surgery

Face

Face procedures can be both surgical and non-surgical. At Noble Cosmetic Surgery, Patrick Obasi, MD, FACS, helps Plano, Texas and Desoto, Texas area patients achieve their cosmetic surgery goals for their faces. From a more youthful face overall to correction of specific problems like sagging eyelids, Dr. Obasi can help. This can include procedures like a facelift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery,) and non-surgical procedures like Botox® and Kybella®.

Face

Facelift

A facelift or face tuck includes excision of excess skin followed by repositioning of the skin. A facelift creates a younger look in the middle and lower face. Options include mini facelift, mid-facelift, full facelift, and MACS facelift.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is surgical revision of the nose. Dr. Obasi reshapes the nose into the desired contours. From smaller and sleeker to more defined and prominent, Dr. Obasi customizes the rhinoplasty for your goals.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

In an endoscopic brow lift, Dr. Obasi eliminates forehead wrinkles and even deep furrows between the brows through small hairline incisions. This surgery helps a heavy and sagging forehead to look more youthful.

Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty is better known as eyelid surgery. In blepharoplasty, Dr. Obasi tightens the eyelid skin to create a more youthful, less droopy, and less tired appearance. There are two types of blepharoplasty: lower lid blepharoplasty and upper lid blepharoplasty.

Lower lid blepharoplasty addresses the sagging skin beneath the eyes while upper lid blepharoplasty focuses on the drooping upper eyelid skin. Some patients have both procedures at the same time.

Chin Implant

A chin implant changes the dimensions of the chin. Whether it’s a smaller and more streamlined chin you want or a more defined look overall, Dr. Obasi helps you choose the right chin implant. The implants are firm silicone and are thus a long-term correction rather than a temporary one.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers add volume to the face where you need it. Fillers can add volume in the cheek area, in the lips, in the deep facial folds, and even in acne scars. The life span of fillers is typically between six months and two years, depending on the type of filler and the area where it’s injected. Dr. Obasi will help you choose a dermal filler that’s appropriate for you.

Kybella®

Kybella is the first FDA approved, non-surgical treatment for fat under the chin. Dr. Obasi injects the Kybella into the unwanted fat. Kybella substances destroy fat cells permanently.

Bad-looking skin can make you want to stay at home and crawl under the covers. At Noble Cosmetic Surgery in Plano, Texas, Dr. Patrick Obasi and his team help men and women transform their skin to eliminate stubborn problems like acne, scars, fine lines, and under-eye bags. With dermabrasion, you can look younger, fresher, and ready to take on the world instantly.

Earlobe Repair

As a sensitive and delicate area, your earlobe can be easily torn or damaged. At Noble Cosmetic Surgery in Plano, Texas, Dr. Patrick Obasi offers earlobe repair among the many procedures available to patients.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is one way to achieve brighter skin and beautify your complexion quickly.

Plasma Therapy

The healing properties of plasma have been used in the treatment of sports and orthopedic injuries for years. Now, platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) is available for Plano, Texas, men and women at Noble Cosmetic Surgery.

Scar Revisions

At Noble Cosmetic Surgery in Plano, Texas, Dr. Patrick Obasi helps men and women erase the marks left from acne, surgery, or traumatic injury.

Fillers

As time passes, skin loses elasticity, volume, and firmness. If you’re ready to say goodbye to wrinkles and fine lines, Dr. Patrick Obasi at Noble Cosmetic Surgery can take your skin to a new level of radiance.

Laser Resurfacing

Laser resurfacing works by vaporizing damaged skin cells. The result is a fresh layer of new skin and the disappearance of fine lines, scars, or pigmentation. It’s a quick, virtually painless procedure.

Lip Augmentation

Lip augmentation refers to any number of techniques that are used to add more fullness and volume to the lips. Most lip augmentation is done through non-invasive injections, and recovery time is very short. Patients can also expect diminished fine lines and wrinkles on and around the lips.

Neck Lift

A cosmetic surgery that reduces fatty deposits, removes loose skin, and tightens the neck and jaw area for a more youthful appearance.

Submental Liposuction

As you age, fatty deposits, lax skin, and sagging tissue can cause the face to look square. A double chin develops, and the jawline loses distinction. Submental liposuction can address all of these issues, as it removes fat beneath the chin, slims the neck, and sculpts the entire jawline.
