During this unsettling time, we wanted to reach out to our patients and reassure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, because providing a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff has been our top priority. Additionally, please take note of the following:
  • As a cosmetic medicine facility, we typically do not service sick patients. Our patients are electing to have procedures that are not medically necessary, so your risk of running into an ill patient is lower than that of other healthcare facilities.
  • Our surgeries and other treatments are performed in our private facilities that are used purely for elective treatments.
We continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and are actively following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local, state and federal government agencies. Our usual guidelines include universal precautions, frequent handwashing, and frequent sanitizing of all patient areas. For the most up-to-date information, please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website about this evolving situation, how to reduce the risk of spreading illness, travel health notices, and more.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Currently, as the coronavirus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, we have now adopted several enhanced safety measures to decrease the risk of exposure to you and the community which include the following:
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizers provided when you enter our offices.
  • If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household may have been exposed to COVID-19 through travel or attendance at large gatherings less than two weeks ago, please call us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule you!
  • If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into the crease of your elbow, and then immediately wash your hands.
  • Know the symptoms of Coronavirus: tiredness, fever, weakness, shortness of breath and diarrhea. This virus is lower respiratory focused, so you may not have upper respiratory symptoms like a runny nose, sore throat, and congestion.
  • Take these additional preventive actions to stop the spread of germs-(wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces).
We hope that each of you will stay safe & healthy as we navigate this complex situation together.

Sincerely,
Dr. Obasi & his staff at Noble Cosmetic Surgery

Paitients in Plano, TX Discover Liposculpture to be an Affordable Option for Body Contouring Surgery

Both men and women have areas of their bodies that they would like to alter. Dr. Patrick Obasi of Noble Cosmetic Surgery in Plano, TX offers many procedures and options to give patients the look they desire. Liposculpture is quickly becoming a popular way for men and women to shape their bodies.

Body Contouring Surgery

Liposuction itself is a popular cosmetic procedure. We all have those stubborn fat pockets that are resistant to diet and exercise. Dr. Obasi has an answer for that. Liposuction involves safely removing the fat between muscle and skin effectively reshaping your problem areas.

Body contouring procedures have been taken to the next level. There are more options. Patients have different needs based on the areas to be address, the amount of fat, the overall cost or even the amount of downtime necessary. Different options include traditional liposuction, tumescent liposuction, ultrasound-assisted liposuction, and laser lipolysis. Liposculpture is a newer treatment option. As a body contouring procedure, fat is still removed under the skin. However, specific areas of fat are targeted, some are removed but some are left intact. This gives the patient the sculpted look of muscle definition.

Cosmetic procedures are not usually covered by insurance because they are considered elective and not medically necessary. Even so, most cosmetic procedures are more affordable than patients think. The cost of procedures such as liposuction are based on the treatment area and the amount of surgery to be done meaning it varies from person to person. If the cost is a concern, speak with us regarding possible payment plan or an alternative treatment at a lower cost.

During your consultation, Dr. Obasi will address your questions and concerns. By working with a doctor you trust, you will be able to achieve your desired outcome. Call Noble Cosmetic Surgery at 214 - 617-1672.
